Boondi Salad

We all had one point in our life Dahi Boondi. We also put it in gol guppa pani also. Eat it as it is. But I wanted to try it some other way. Then I was just chopping up my salad I thought lets add boondi in it and It came out so good it become my favorite. My husband like boondi a lot so it was good to see that I didn't had any leftover.

Ingredients:

1 cup spicy boondi
1 each chopped red onion, tomato, cucumber
1 green chili finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
chat masala to taste
few strings of fresh coriander chopped

Method:

Chopped all vegetables and put it in a bowl.
At the time of the serving, add boondi in it with salt , pepper, chat masala.
Don't add boondi if you are not ready to eat. otherwise it will be all soggy.
