Chili Paneer with gravy

Well we all crave for Indo chinese food and making it at home too. So I don't need to say anything about this dish. I make it more with tofu then Paneer so I am also more excited to share this with you all.

On other hand, I finished 25,000 Page views  and 100+ GFC followers, so from the bottom of my heart I THANK YOU all for this.  Thanks for liking my page on FB too and your lovely comments on my posts too. Please keep showing your love and appreciation for me and my space. Once again thank you so much.

Ingredients:

10 paneer pieces (fried)
1 each onion, capcicum, carrot
2 tbsp chopped garlic, ginger and green chilies
1 tsp dark soya sace
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable stock
1 tsp white pepper powder
1 tbsp chili sauce
2 tsp oil
2 tsp corn starch (mix it with water)
2 spring onino chopped for garnishing

Method:

Cut paneer as per choice shape. I did it in cubes.
Heat a wok and add one tsp of oil, add paneer and fry it till its nice color.
take it out and put it aside.
Heat another tsp oil and add ginger, garlic, chilies in it and cook for a minute till oil get a nice flavor.
Add vegetables and paneer in it.
Add all sauces and stock and boil it.
Stir in blended corn starch and mix it and stirring till sauce becomes thicken and coats to vegetables and paneer.
Sprikle green onion on top and serve immedietly with fried or white or brown rice.

Also Indo-Chinese recipe is always a great crossover. Yes, as written Tofu is a much healthier option.
Your gravy is very inviting and can be eaten even without rice, i guess.
