Vegetable Hot N Sour soup

When ever we go out for authentic Chinese food, we always order Hot n sour soup, no matter it's hot or cold outside. But when cold is unbearable we have to have this soup to warm up the body inside out. I didn't had all the authentic ingredients but whatever I had I made this and I got request from my husband that I can make this soup any time. You can add your choice of vegetables in it but make sure you add enough white pepper powder and vinegar to prove soup's name right. There is no need to add oil in this soup.

I got idea from here.

Ingredients:
2 cups mixed vegetables ( I had cabbage, carrot, capsicum, green soybeans  mushrooms, water chestnuts  ginger , green chilies)
1 can Vegetable Broth
1 cup water
1/4 of the Tofu
1 spring onion chopped
2 tsp white pepper powder
2 tsp dark soy sauce
2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp chili soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp corn starch

Method:
Chop all the ingredients and keep it aside.
In a big saucepan, add whole can of vegetable broth , take same quantity of water from that can.
add all the vegetables & Tofu in it.
Add all the sauce (soy sauce, vinegar, chili soy sauce, white pepper powder)
Bring it to boil and boil for 2-3 minutes on high flame.
Mix cornstarch in water and add in it.
Mix the soup very well and turn off the heat. After adding corn starch you don't want gas on , it will thicken food very fast.
Serve it on bowl and garnish with green onion and sesame oil.
Drink with caution cause it's hot and you are going to finish all.
