Baked Soya and Potatoes , Cheese tikkis

I was making Ragda pattice but same aloo tikki with that I was not at all interested so making it little healthy I made this Soya and Potatoes tikkis and baked it. You can shallow fry it or fry it but I am not in to frying stuff I didn't do it. It's good as it is but adding hot and spicy Ragda on top of it with sweet and sour chutney and green chutney and sev, aha Life is good.

Ingredients :

2 medium size boiled potatoes
1/2 cup soaked and dry soya granules (I just put it in warm water for 5 minutes and then squeesed water out of it)
1 shredded carrot
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
salt to taste
1 tsp green chili, ginger and garlic paste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
chat masala as per taste
Few strings of chopped coriander

Method:

If you are baking then preheat the oven at 400 F. Grease the baking dish with oil.
In a bowl mashed potatoes then add soya, carrot, cheese and all the spices and mix it well.
Taste before you make tikkis.
Then make tikki shape and put it in baking dish.
Bake for 15-20 minutes on one side then flip it and bake it another side.
Serve hot with your favorite chutneys or use it for Sev usal or Radga pattice.

You can make a paste of AP flour, roll it in it and then dip fry it and make a cutlets or as it is rolled it on semolina and shallow fry it.
