I brought candy corn for the Halloween , that time I just wanted to use those in some baking I wanted to do for kids but I was looking at those small candies and it gives me idea about how to turn this sugary thing in to a healthy ingredients. I didn't use candy corn in this dish, just use its color to represent my dish. It was quick and healthy snack for kids or grown ups too. It took only minute or two to set up and yummy dish is born. You can use can pineapple or fresh pineapple , its your choice. I make it with grapefruit also.
Ingredients :
2 slices chopped pineapple (I used canned pineapple)
3 slices of grape fruits
4 slices of tangerine
some whipped cream
Method:
Put pineapple in the bottom of the glass, then tangerine and then pour some whipped cream on top.
Its ready to eat.
For grape fruit , first put pineapple in glass, then grapefruit and then whipped cream.
A yummy snack is ready.
