Tamarind Rice

One day I was thinking what to make for quick lunch. I had cooked rice in the fridge and didn't wanted to eat that with same old way so I was looking for the recipe of Tamarind rice, because I never tried that one and wanted to make it for small batch so I can taste it and If I like it I can share it with you all. Found one authentic recipe and made it without fuss. Turned to be so flavorful rice dish that I am now a big fan of Tamarind rice. Now I make sure that I have leftover rice so I can make this again and again, its perfect for kids lunch box too.  Saved something for huby and he was fell in love with that too BTW he don't eat white rice so It's my pleasure to share this dish with you all.
