Cocoa Fig & Date Nuts Rolls

This in my opinion is the easiest and yet healthiest dessert I know. And above all no cooking required so why not make it again and again and enjoy it. it requires literally few ingredients and become family favorite. This is my winter favorite, as soon weather turn cold I have to make this. This is the best way to eat nuts and dates and figs in one bite. It's like my tradition to make it every year. And this year is my first on blogging and I found out that my blogger friends also make this.

Ingredients:
2 cups figs
2 cups dates (pitted)
1 cup chopped mixed nuts( I used almonds, raisins, pista and walnuts)
1/4 cup grated dry coconut

1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

Method:
Put figs in warm water for 2-3 hours, once its soft removed its top and pat dry and keep it aside.
In mixture, grind all the nuts first and then add figs and dates and half of the coconut  and cocoa powder in it.
Mix it till it forms  big lump.
Take it out in dish and make rolls or laddos as  per your choice. I make rolls.
Once all rolls are done, roll them in leftover coconut and put it in fridge for 15 minutes.
After that enjoy till it last which in my case last only two days.
