Garlic Bread Sticks

Kids or grown up all love garlic bread , just for dunk it in soup or have it with dipping sauce. In my house it's marinara sauce and bread sticks. I make bread sticks almost every week for my kids. They looking forward to that diner night when they have their favorite dish. So let me share with you my kids one of the most favorite dish.

In a bowl, dissolve sugar  and yeast in warm water.
Allow to sit for 5 minutes.
In a separate bowl, put four and salt and add yeast mix, melted butter.
Make a dough and mix it for good 10-12 minutes.
Prepare a cookie sheet and spray oil on it.
Pull pieces of dough and roll out in to strips.
Cover and let it sit for 50 -60 minutes.

Preheat over to 400 F.
Put the bread sticks in oven. Bake it for 15-20 minutes depending on the oven.
