Dates & Nuts Burfi with Nutella

Some times back I made dates, figs and nuts rolls. The way it disappear fast I have to make that again but I was not in a mood to make same way again, so I was looking for something to use those ingredients and make healthy but delicious dish. Thanks to Prathima Rao,from Prats Corner: Dry Fruits Burfi I got this dish. Ingredients are always there in pantry and it was done very quickly too.

Ingredients:
1 cup Dates Pitted
1 and half cup Almonds , cashews, pistachios, walnuts, raisins
1/2 cup Figs 
1 or 2 tsp. Ghee ( I just used 1 tsp.)
2 tsp. Nutella

Method:

Chop finely dates and figs.
In mixture chop all nuts except raisins if using.
Grease a dish with ghee and keep it aside.
In a non stick pan add tsp. ghee and add figs, nuts, dates.
Keep stirring till it becomes ball. everything stick together.
Turn off the heat and add nutella and mix it again.
Empty contents in greased dish and flatten it.
Let it cool and cut it in desired shape.
