Tofu and Vegetable Munchurian - Not Fried

One more dish from Indo Chinese cuisine. Well to tell you the truth I didn't had enough Tofu to make any dish with it but it was perfect for munchrian for two. So I add vegetables and tofu in blender and add AP flour and spices and viola, Take out my pan and one dish has born. I always make two dishes when I am making Chinese food so this was perfect for two persons to share. Before any blah blah lets start cooking.

For Manchurian Balls

1/4 block of Extra firm Tofu
1/2 green capsicum
1 carrot
1/2 cup cabbage
1 green chili
1 tsp ginger
3 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp AP flour
salt to taste
1 tsp sriracha sauce (optional I like spicy food so I add it)

Method:

From Tofu to Garlic put it in chopper and chop it.
Take it in a bowl, add AP Flour, salt, sriracha and mix it.

Heat a paniyaram pan, add oil in it and make a balls of stuffing and pan fry it.
I had it 14 balls from this mixture. Cook it from all side so it becomes nice and brown.

Take it out in a bowl till you make yummy sauce for it.

For Sauce :

1 onion chopped in cubes
1 each red and green capsicum - cubes
1 carrot
2 tsp chopped ginger, garlic and green chilies
2 tbsp soy sauce
tbsp chili sauce
dash of vinegar
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tsp oil
You can  take your choice of vegetables.
Method:

Heat oil in wok, add ginger , garlic and green chilies. Stir fry for a few seconds.
Add all the vegetables, mix it together, cook it only for 2-3 minutes, you don't need mushy vegetables.
Add tofu and vegetable Manchurian balls.
Add soy sauce, Chili sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar.

Mix together everything for 2-3 minutes If you think it's too thick add 3-4 tbsp of water to mix it good.
If you want gravy add more sauces and water and then add corn starch.
If you wish garnish with green onion or coriander leaves.

You can eat this as side dish or main dish with fried rice or white rice as you like.
