Soy Kababs

One day I was going thru one of the blog and it has posted beef kabab recipe. It was looking so tempting , I immediately stand up , went in to the kitchen and soak the soya granules, to make kababs for my lunch. I was experimenting so didn't soak too much, but it came out so good and now its on my menu for ever. Don't you have something like that too? that you are experimenting but turn out so good that you wanted to keep that in mind to make it in big batch. Good thing about blogging that I can go back and check the recipes when ever I wanted to make it again. Its just nice big recipe book. This kababs are good to eat it as it is. but if you like have some green or  tamarind chutney with it.

Ingredients :

1/2 cup soy granules
1 small onion chopped
2 green chilies finely chopped
1/4 cup Bajri flour (millet flour)
2 tbsp. ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp. chili flakes
salt to taste
finely chopped coriander and mint leaves
oil for deep frying
lime and raw onion to serve

Method:

Soak soy granules in hot water for 10 -15 minutes. After that squishes that water and take it in bowl. Add everything in it till coriander and mint leaves and mix well.

Heat a oil in deep pan.
When it sizzles, make small balls of mixtures and deep fry it on medium flame  till it become brown.
Don't rush it otherwise it will be raw from inside.
Take it out on paper towel and finish all the stuffing.
Serve hot with your favorite chutney or ketchup or hot cup of tea.

  Delicious spicy kababs are ready.
