Brownie Stuffed with Chocolate Chip Cookies

Sometimes,  you just have to think and create something new  to keep the interest in old stuff. Like now Brownie is so much common in my home that kids don't even look at it so to keep them interested I try few tricks to make it such a way that they come back. This  time I added their favorite chocolate chip cookies in it and that keep them guessing and they enjoyed it.

I didn't made anything from scratch , just used items I had in my pantry and use it.  For brownie I used packet and I always have chocolate chip cookies in my cookie jar so used that one. If you like to make brownie from scratch, you can use Brownie recipe. And for chocolate chip cookiesyou can use this recipe.




Ingredients :

1 Package brownie
12 Cookies
Powder sugar for sprinkle

Method:

Mix the ingredients for brownie as per the package and keep it aside.

Heat a oven at 350 F .

Take your baking dish, spread half of the brownie batter in it .

Put the chocolate chip cookie  on top of it and cover with rest of the brownie batter.

Baked till the toothpick comes out clean, approximately 35-40 minutes depend upon your oven.

Sprinkle powder sugar on top of it

Then let it cool completely before you cut it in pieces and enjoy with ice cream,

you can make ice cream sandwich also from this.

Put your favorite ice cream in between two slices of brownies and enjoy it.
