I just love to make cheesecake but don't like baking part of it, so always try to create something without baking and if you are not baking, you are not using eggs too, so that's works for me too.
For this particular cheesecake, I have lot of leftovers gulab jamun , which I knew that we won't be able to finish simply by eating it, and for long I wanted to make cheesecake with it so it was perfect. Made it 3 pies (yes it was that much leftovers) and used it for two separate occasions and everyone loved it.
Without baking, its very easy to make cheesecake. In here , you will find my most of different types of no baked cheesecakes.
Ingredients :
3 Cheesecake pie base
15 or more Gulab Jamun
2 Tubs of Whipping cream
3 8 oz. packets of Cream cheese
Chopped pistachios for decoration
Method :
Mix whipped cream and cream cheese in blender.
Take pie based and cut gulab jamun is half and placed in cut side down on pie based.
Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of it and put rest half of the gulab jamun on top of it.
Sprinkle chopped pistachio and freeze it for hour or so.
After that , take it out and cut it and enjoy it.
You can proceed with rest of the pie same way.
