So I saw so many recipes of Oreo truffles on web and was so tempted to try it out. Every one makes and clicks so good that I wanted to bite if off from computer screen but we all know its not possible and I have to make it at home. I took out Oreo from the box and was taking out chocolate to melt , then I saw one thing in my fridge and the whole process becomes no cooking required. Don't believe me , read it my recipe, its only required 4 ingredients and I did not even turn on gas. My huby said its a Oreo bombs. So that's it its my V day gift to him.
Ingredients :
20 Oreo cookies
1/4 cup Pillsbury dark chocolate cream cheese spread
2 tbsp. granola
2 tbsp. coconut powder
Method:
Crush Oreo in the blender.
Warm cream cheese spread in the microwave for 30 seconds. so its loose up little bit.
Add it in Oreo powder.
Make a ball and put little crunchy granola inside the ball, you can just mix it with powder too.
Roll those balls in coconut powder and put it in fridge for 20 minutes and you are ready to eat. Easy and yet yummy Oreo truffles are ready to eat.

Made this Dark Chocolate roses also for kids.
Don't need a separate post for this, Just melt the chocolate and put on almond in each cell and pour melted chocolate, shake the excess air and put it in fridge for 15 minutes. Ready to eat in 15 minutes. you can add any nuts , little cayenne pepper powder with any chocolate, cover cherries in chocolate too.
Wow! looking yumm. easy to make and nice idea. Loved the idea of using granola.
