I always have to come up with some quick ideas to make healthy snack for my family. From top to bottom in my family is very choosy in eating, except me of course. So its very hard to please three of them in one dish. But when I make this kind of balls its easy to make it and easy for them to grab it and put it in mouth and have a healthy dose of ingredients too. I make it as bite size balls because its easy to munch it and no leftovers from big bars. This needs only few ingredients but you can add it and change it as per your pantry items. I added almonds you can add any nuts, add coconut powder , dried fruits like cherry , blueberry, cranberry. I added agave but you can add honey in it. It will done in 10 minutes and gone in 10 minutes too.
Ingredients :
1 cup pitted dates
1 cup granola I used this one but you can use oats if you dont have granola.
