I wanted to make this cookies so long since I saw it on Martha Stewart's show. But one or other reasons, I just delayed it but finally I decided today that I have to make this and made it. I just follow the recipe but after making it I realize that it's bit too sweet for my taste and I have to cut butter by 1/2 so next batch I will make this will have less butter and less sugar and more honey and maple syrup. But you can go ahead and make it as per your taste. It's very easy and simple ingredients but outcome is so good.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup melted butter
2 ½ cups rolled oats
2 ½ cups rolled oats
3 tbsp Black raisins
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 egg, beaten or 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 egg, beaten or 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
Method
Melt the butter and all the ingredients in big bowl.
Add egg, mix well.
Heat oven to 350 F.
take baking dish with parchment paper on it.
With the help of tbsp drop 2 inch apart cookies. This will give you same size cookies.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are brown.
Let it cook for 2-3 minutes and then take it out.
I did it in 4 batches and keep an eye on it cause it will burn very fast.
Enjoy with hot cup of milk or coffee or just grab it and go.
