I have an amazing Chinese store near to my house which has some awesome south Asian products. They carry wide ranges of sauces, noodles, tofu, kimchis, soy based products which is beef, chicken, duck everything made from soy or gluten. It has same texture as meat but it is from soy or gluten. We have similar restaurant also which serves all fake meats products and it's amazing. I always buy these things to prepare my meals and giving me some variety in routine cooking too. Today I am sharing "chicken" recipe which I make it in curry sauce.

Ingredients:
1 can of gluten based chicken (its tofu )
few water chestnuts
1 small onion cut in big chunks
1 green capsicum
1 carrot
few flowers of broccoli
small green zuchhinni
2 tbsp mix of ginger , green chilies, garlic
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp hot sambal sauce
1 tsp oil
2 tsp cornstarch mix with water
Method:
Open the can of chicken and wash it in running water.Keep it aside.
Heat wok on fire, add oil.
add ginger, garlic and chilies. saute till you gets nice aroma.
add all the vegetables and sauce and mix it very well along with chicken.
Add 1 cup of water and cook till it's boil.
Add corn starch and mix it well.
Serve hot with Fried brown rice with Edamame or plain fried rice or just white rice.
Quick Recipe for Edamame Fried Rice
Heat a non stick , Add 1 tsp of oil, add ginger, garlic, green chilies. saute for a minute. Add cabbage, carrot, edamame beans, onion and saute for 2 minutes. Add soy sauce, vinegar, hot sauce and mix it well. Add Brown cooked rice and adjust the seasoning. serve hot along side of your favorite gravy dish.

just as an FYI - seitan is not tofu/soy based. it is actually made from wheat protein
