WARNING : it has Baileys in it so its for grown ups only, yes you can omit the baileys and give it to kids too.
Well in cold season, soup and hot chocolate are awesome, you don't need reason or snow to have this kind of food. Since I love making soups , but one fine morning I decided to make hot chocolate grown up version. You can make this without booze for kids too. Actually they will love it with hazelnut in their routine hot chocolate. So lets get started.
Ingredients :
4 oz. good quality chocolates
3 tbsp. Nutella
1 1/2 cups Whole milk
1 tbsp. cream
sugar as per taste
2 tbsp. corn starch
Baileys as per your taste - Coffee Liquor (for kids omit this)
Whip cream on top
few pinch of cinnamon powder
Method:
Warm milk and cream in heavy pot. you don't have to boil the milk, just warm enough to melt nutella.
Add the chocolate, nutella, sugar and mix it till its smooth and melted.
Add the corn starch and mix it again.
Pour in to cup/ mug , add baileys in it.
Spread whip cream on top and sprinkle cinnamon powder on top.
You can add shaved chocolate also for kids.
Enjoy while watching snow outside.
