Who don't like Spring Rolls? that's the first thing people order if they go to Chinese restaurant. Every restaurant has this on their menu and charge $2 to $3 for 2 or 3 rolls and full of grease. And its not even they made it fresh in their kitchen, they bring it frozen and heat it up as per order. This I knew form one of my friend whose father had Chinese restaurant. Since then we stop ordering that and before also we used to make it at home, my husband's favorite dish so he do all the prep and I stuffed them and fry it. Years passed he get busy in work and then I took over making everything but mine chopping is not like him. He is so perfect in every thing. So I found out easy way to make spring rolls. Use ready made coleslaw package and just add ginger, chilies and other spices and stuffing done. Fill up and bake it , yes as you know by now I don't do much frying and baked comes out very crispy too. so lets do it
Ingredients :
1 package Coleslaw (gives 2 and half cup of cooked coleslaw)
then from left side.
then roll it tight till the end.
At the edge apply water to so its stick it and don't come out.
Make till you finished either stuffing or sheets.
After making you can fry it in the oil or bake it.
If bake it apply oil in baking dish and arrange them in dish.
Apply oil on them too.
Bake it for 10-12 minutes , rotating them at 6 minutes, until they golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and serve them immediately with sweet chili sauce or soya sauce and mustard mix sauce.

Ingredients :
1 package Coleslaw (gives 2 and half cup of cooked coleslaw)
1 Packet Spring rolls sheet
2 green chilies
2 green onions chopped
1 tbsp. chopped ginger (the more its better)
1 tbsp. Szechwan sauce
1 tbsp. hoisin sauce (as per taste)
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp sesame oil
Method:
Preheat the oven at 400F.
Heat the wok and add oil in it.
Add ginger and chilies, sauté for a minute, then add green onions.
Cook for a minute and then add coleslaw mix and add both the sauces and salt and pepper.
Mix it nicely and check for seasoning and cook for 2 minutes only.
Take out in big bowl to let them cool.
Mean time take out the spring rolls sheet outside too when stuffing is cooling.
You need stuffing cool 100% otherwise you will have soggy rolls.
Take one sheet and put one tbsp. of stuffing in the right corner of the sheet.
fold it from that corner till its cover and then fold it from right side.then from left side.
then roll it tight till the end.
