When I was in India, every Sunday coming back from church, me and my elder sister stopped by at coconut vendor and had coconut water and its malai (pulp). This was our schedule till my sister got married and came to Canada. I tried to do alone but it was not fun, missed my sister terribly so my parents took care of that and they started to brought coconut water for me. Then I came to USA and in the beginning it was ok, I was getting used to here so didn't missed home stuff that much, but after few years, I started to crave for coconut water again. I tried supermarket cans, but it was so unnatural , sugary and above all not 100% water, all chemical mix ups.
My search still continued then we moved to Florida and I got my wish come true. At farmer's market, I had same green coconut water, every weekend, I was pregnant that time so coconut water was perfect to stay hydrate in hot sunshine state. Then we moved back to cold garden state and again I stuck with unnatural coconut water. Then I found Cocozia coconut water, and my life changed. You wont believe it, If you close your eyes and take a sip out of it, you will feel that you are drinking from green coconut water at beach.
Cocozia water has no pulp, no sugar added, no preservative, not from concentrate. So you will get 100% coconut water which contains a natural abundance of potassium and magnesium, as well as other electrolytes. So its 100% better than those sugary sports drinks. It is USDA organic and natural coconut water. Now my son is also love this coconut water, its perfect during his sports classes.
Its easy to order thru Amazon.com, compare to sugary drinks this NON GMO verified, gluten free, kosher coconut water is very cheap. I like to drink mine chilled. So I put it in fridge and enjoy it when I want to.
I just did not use this to drink. I cook with it too. It was simple rice preparation but it is so good that it was perfect with my Thai dish. There are lot of uses of coconut water in your cooking.
You can use it in smoothies, pizza dough, quick bread, oatmeal, soups, steaming vegetables are few. You can use coconut water where you can use water for extra coconuty flavor.
Thanks Cocozia for sending this amazing delicious coconut and I am going to stick with this brand only.
