We all love pizza, Italian style or Mexican Style. I posted recipe of Italian Pizza. Use that dough recipe for this pizza also. Or you can use Pillsbury's Crescent dough to make this kind of pizza. It's really yummy and it will make your family very happy. I promise. Originally taco pizza only contains cheese and beans and tomatoes and lettuce but I like to add more veges to my food so I added capsicum, onion, jalapenos, olives, garlic too.
Ingredients:
One pizza dough Home cook food: Veggie Lover Pizza
2 tsp taco seasoning
1 can refried beans
3/4 cup salsa
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 medium tomato
1 Jalapenos
1 slice onion
3-4 cloves chopped garlic
few black olives chopped
Method:
In a pan, add re fried beans and add taco seasoning, simmered and cook for uncovered for 5 minutes. keep it aside.
Place crusts on pizza wracks or baking sheets. Combine beans and salsa.
Spread over crust.
Top it with vegetables and cheese.
Bake it at 375 F for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Take it out and top it with olives.
This makes 6-8 slices.
Serve it at room temperature.
