This is all you know is very popular Indian Chinese dish is made from finely minced vegetables, coated with corn starch and AP flour and deep fried and coated with spicy Manchurian sauce. You can make it two way wet or dry, I wanted to eat this with fried rice so I make it with gravy but if you are serving as an appetizer you can make it dry without adding any liquid in the sauce.I like both versions. Gravy Manchurian is best on fried rice, steamed rice or noodles. I like to add soya when ever it's possible , i did it here too.
I find Jabong really great.
