One Thursday evening, I made my usual Mexican Fiesta and was thinking what to make for dessert? thinking about cheesecake but not going to make the whole pie and forcefully we have to finish it , Had mangoes outside and think let me make individual size mango cheesecake in glass so its perfect after spicy Mexican diner. It was done in literally less than 5 minutes but taste awesome. I will give you measurement for individual servings so whenever you want to make it double it for two people and so forth.
Ingredients :
2 tbsp. Cream cheese at room temperature
2 tbsp. sour cream
2 tsp. sugar
your choice of fruit, I used two slices of nice sweet mango
2 Oreo cookies or Nilla wafers or any cookies.
Method:
Beat the cream cheese, sour cream and sugar in one bowl.
Put one cookie in bottom of the glass in which you are going to serve it.
pour one tablespoon of cream cheese mixture on cookie.
Add the fruit , in my case I put chopped mango pieces.
Then put another spoonful of cream cheese mixture.
Cover with plastic wrap and put it in fridge for 2 hours.
Take it out from fridge after two hours and take out the wrap
At the time of serving, add crushed Oreo and put it on top.
and
Enjoy your after dinner dessert
