So I was making this in baked version, I failed at first attempt, but did not loose my heart , if you want to eat healthy you have to try it. Next time I was successed, so sharing it most famous Maddur vada , Baked version. Hope you all like it and let me know if I make it right or not. All suggestions are welcome. Arrange the rolled puris / discs in baking dish and bake them for 25-30 minutes or until its nice and crisp.

If you want you can deep fry in hot oil too. Both way taste very good and perfect for munching or evening snack with cup of tea or coffee.
