We all love Indo chinese food and we all had all munchurians so we want something new. I guess this should work. Try this corn munchurian and you will try it again and again. With corn you have to add more spiciness otherwise dish will stay sweet. You can make this dry for finger food or with garvy for diner dish. I made it in between cause I had it with other gravy dish.
Ingredients for corn balls :
1 cup thawed corn (u can used fresh ones too)
1 small onion
1 small carrot
2-3 green chili
1 tsp ginger shredded
salt and pepper to taste
oil to fry
2 tsp corn starch
Method :
Put everything in blender except oil and mix it and make a fine dough.
Take it out and make small balls.
Heat up the oil and fry balls until they are nice and brown.
Keep it aside.
For sauce :
1 onion big cubes
1 each red and green capcicums chopped
1 carrot chopped
6-7 garlic cloves match stick slices
2 green chilies match stick slices
8-10 match stick slices of ginger
2 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp vinegar
