You all loved my "Vegetarian Chicken". Well this is same as that, but instead of chicken its "Vegetarian Duck". that means gluten based product. I got all these products from my favorite Chinese store and when ever I am in mood of nice South Asian food I make this. So one day I made this duck with Red Thai paste and as always its tasted awesome. You can make this dish as with Chinese sauces or any choice of your sauces too. You can use any meat with this dish.
Ingredients:
1 can Vegetarian Duck (rinsed and washed)

Pieces were too big so I cut it as per my liking |
1/4 can Yellow curry paste
1/2 can coconut milk
1 carrot chopped
1 each red and green capsicum chopped
few florets of broccoli
1 red onion chopped
1 green chili chopped
few leaves of cabbage
Method:
Heat a wok, when its hot , add curry paste and sauté till one minute till its nice and spread consistency.
Then add coconut milk in it and mix it.
Add all the vegetables and duck and mix it well.
Adjust the curry and milk ratio, if you need it more , add it.
I like to add little salt and vinegar cause I like it that way.
Cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes so vegetable stay crunchy and not soggy.
Serve it along with white rice, coconut rice, jasmine rice or plain noodles or fried rice.
